How to make it

  • Heat water in a large, deep skillet.
  • Add all ingredients through tamari. Cook 6 - 8 minutes, stirring often.
  • Add curry powder and chili-garlic sauce.
  • Cook, stirring, 30 seconds.
  • Add water, noodles and bean sprouts.
  • Cook 3 - 4 minutes, until most of the liquid is evaporated.
