Sri Lankan Toronto Noodles

- 1/3 cup water shopping list
- 1 large zucchini, diced shopping list
- 1 large red pepper, diced shopping list
- 1 cup broccoli florets shopping list
- 1 large tomato, chopped shopping list
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms shopping list
- 4 cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- 1/2 red onion, minced shopping list
- 4 tbsp tamari shopping list
- 2 tbsp curry powder shopping list
- 2 tsp chili-garlic sauce shopping list
- 1 cup water shopping list
- 4 cups cooked whole-wheat fettuccine (8 oz dry) shopping list
- 2 cups bean sprouts shopping list
How to make it
- Heat water in a large, deep skillet.
- Add all ingredients through tamari. Cook 6 - 8 minutes, stirring often.
- Add curry powder and chili-garlic sauce.
- Cook, stirring, 30 seconds.
- Add water, noodles and bean sprouts.
- Cook 3 - 4 minutes, until most of the liquid is evaporated.
