Ingredients
  • 1 head cabbage
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 4-5 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Cut and core cabbage
  2. Dice cabbage into large chunks
  3. Combine water butter salt and sugar in large pot
  4. Add cabbage stir and cook for approx 25 minutes

This sounds great. We use chicken broth instead of water. It gives a great flavor.
