Lemon Dream Bars

- graham cracker crust shopping list
- 1 stick salted butter, melted, plus extra for greasing pan shopping list
- 1 tablespoon sugar shopping list
- 20 graham cracker squares, crushed shopping list
- Filling shopping list
- 2 8 oz bricks of cream cheese, room temperature shopping list
- 2 14 oz cans sweetened, condensed milk shopping list
- 1 12 oz can lemonade concentrate, thawed shopping list
- 1 8 oz tub whipped topping, thawed shopping list
How to make it
- For the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350 deg
- Generously grease a 13x9 pan
- Combine cracker crumbs, sugar and melted butter until mixture is mealy.
- Press into the bottom of the pan in an even layer
- Bake for 10 minutes, until golden brown
- Cool and set aside.
- For the filling:
- With an electric mixer, combine the cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk and lemonade concentrate until smooth. Start slowly because the mixture will splash!
- Fold in the whipped topping until well combined, being careful not to deflate it!
- Pour the filling on top of the cooled pie crust and smooth out.
- Freeze for about 2 hours, or until set.
- Slice into squares and enjoy!
