Oven-Fried Sesame Chicken

Panko breadcrums-japanes style breading available in markets-give this delicious chicken the extra crispy coating but you can use regular crumbs.

Preheat oven to 400. Line a baking sheet with foil;place rack over it.
In bowl,mix buttermilk with mustard. Add chicken;toss
In shallow bowl,mix remaining ingredients. Add chicken,one piece at a time,turning to coat.. Place chicken on rack. Bake 45-50 mins or till termometer reads 170. Let stand 5-10 mins before serving.

Hey, how did I miss this one?! Will make it for sure in the fall, or whenever I can stand to have the oven on 400 for almost an hour!
