Whoa... I can make out about half of this... I got the olive oil and a few other items, anyone out there translate?

Hi, I can translate it for you! There are not fixed quantities of each ingredient ... it is up to you! Put in a bowl some cherry tomatoes halved ad deseeded, add some feta cheese, olives and onion. Dress everything with good extra virgin olive oil, salt and oregano. Cook the pasta "al dente". Drain and chill under fresh water. Put the pasta in the bowl and toss very well. Let rest at least one hour and serve.

Silvia, I've heard that Italians tend to cook their pasta with a great deal more salt than Americans. What is your technique with regard to cooking pasta?
silviapi 1 year, 1 month ago said:
Hi heatherbudapest, indeed we cook pasta in salty water. There is a rule called 10,100,1000 meaning the perfect ratio between salt (10 gr.) pasta (100 gr) and boiling water (1000 gr or 1 liter). When the water boils add the salt then add the pasta.
1 serving = 100 gr. pasta
