How to make it

  • In a medium saucepan,combine chocolate chips and chocolate sweetened condensed milk.
  • Stirring constantly,cook over low heat until chocolate chips melt and mixture is smooth.
  • Stir in 1 Cup ground pecans,liqueur and the vanillia until well blended.
  • Remove from heat and transfer to a medium bowl.
  • Cover and chill 2 hours or until firm.
  • Shape mixture into 1" balls,roll in remaining ground pecans.
  • Store in an airtight container in refrigerator.
  • Makes 6 Dozen Truffles
