Tex-Mex Pinto Beans

- 2 cans pinto beans (15 oz each) shopping list
- 1 can yellow hominy (15 oz) shopping list
- 1 tomato, diced small shopping list
- 1/4 cup onion diced small shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- 1 fresh serrano pepper minced, 1/2 cup shopping list
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro shopping list
- 1 teaspoon chili powder shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin shopping list
- !/2 cup water shopping list
How to make it
- Rinse and drain hominy and beans.
- In a large sauce pan combine all ingredients.
- Heat throughly... about 30 minutes.
