Ingredients

How to make it

  • Wrap a piece of water chestnut and a half of chicken liver together in a strip of bacon. Fasten with a toothpick.
  • Marinate in soy sauce mixture for 6 hours.
  • Drain, and place on foil.
  • Broil until bacon is crisp, about 3-4 minutes on each side.

    Unlike the others I haven't ever tried this and am envious of those that have, I am one of the few people who loves liver, any liver, fried or baked, not pate that doesn't even sound good, yuk! But this now wow, I do have a silly little question, I am not allowed to grill where I live because I live on the second floor, so can this be broiled in my oven, if so is there anything I should do different in preparing this for the ovena and the broiling there of? Inquiring minds wanna know? Thanks for sharing, I even like the name Ramaki, it sounds exotic, LOL
