All American Meatloaf

This is a fantastic meatloaf recipe. Saucy, moist, beefy, zesty, herby and oh so good. Try it you will love it.

Combine first 9 ingredients then shape into two loaves.
Place on a lightly greased rack of a broiler pan and bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
Combine catsup, horseradish, brown sugar and mustard then spoon over meatloaf.
Bake an additional 5 minutes.

Gotta give it a try! Wheat allergy and the oats sound like it would be a good filler!
