This is a fantastic meatloaf recipe. Saucy, moist, beefy, zesty, herby and oh so good. Try it you will love it.

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds ground sirloin
  • 3/4 cup oatmeal
  • 1 white onion
  • 1/2 cup catsup
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup catsup
  • 1 tablespoon horseradish
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons prepared mustard

Directions
  1. Combine first 9 ingredients then shape into two loaves.
  2. Place on a lightly greased rack of a broiler pan and bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
  3. Combine catsup, horseradish, brown sugar and mustard then spoon over meatloaf.
  4. Bake an additional 5 minutes.

Sounds very good. I have never tried horseradish in meatloaf so this is on my short list to try.
