How to make it

  • Combine all marinade ingredients and puree in blender or food processor.
  • Marinate beef in this mixture for at least 2 hours.
  • Preheat grill
  • Skewer beef and broil on grill, turning frequently for 5-7 minutes or bake on a foil lined baking sheet in preheated 325°F oven.
  • Mix together sauce ingredients, and serve skewers with dipping sauce and rice.

    This sounds excellent. I am going to try the oven version of this (it is mid-winter here in Saskatchewan and outdoor grilling is not at the top of my "fun to do" list when it is -20).

    Oh that sounds absolutely delightful, flavorful and with a delicious sauce - I love this type of dish...a little sweet, a little salty, grilled flavor - oh yeah, we'll be trying this one, hopefully this weekend. Thanks, WL!
