Ingredients

1 TBSP. cooking oil shopping list
2 cups diced potatoes, leave skins on shopping list
2 TBSP. chopped onion shopping list
6 all meat hotdogs, sliced diagonally in 1" slices shopping list
1-16 oz can whole kernel corn, drained shopping list
1 teas. chili powder or to taste (I usually add more) shopping list
salt and pepper to taste shopping list

How to make it

Heat oil in skillet and saute potatoes til golden brown and tender.
Add onion and hot dogs. Cook and stir over medium heat until hotdogs are browned on edges and onion is tender.
Stir in corn and chili powder, heat through.
Season with salt and pepper.

LOL I was reading the recipe wondering if Keilbasa might not be great in this recipe and only had to keep reading to find momo's done it and it is great. Sounds like a good base recipe that can be played with to personal tastes. Thanks for the post.
