This salad got great reviews at a dinner I served to a bunch of guests. Perfect side dish for sandwiches or wraps. And very colorful!

This is wonderful. I put it on top of lime grilled butterflied shrimp. Normally I serve the shrimp with avocado mayonnaise but added the salsa and it took on a whole different look and taste. Thanks-Sas

Simply beautiful.....I love the contrasting color that the black beans bring to a dish...I always try to use then for that effect..Mango Salsas, Roasted Bell Pepper Salsas, Black Bean puree to decorate plates etc..Gr8t Post.

I love black beans, and I love bean salads, so this is going on my "must try" list It sounds wonderful with the meaty beans, the onions, pepper, tomato and avocado. I can almost taste it right now!
