I needed a new use for the overabundance of banana peppers my garden turned out this year. This is a great way to change up your regular turkey burger.

Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup seeded, chopped banana peppers
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix the turkey, peppers, and feta cheese.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  5. Cook patties about 8 minutes per side on the prepared grill, to an internal temperature of 180 degrees F (85 degrees C).
