Grilled Pouch Potatoes

- 4 small to medium potatoes shopping list
- 1 T butter shopping list
- 1 T oil (I use Canola, you can use any) shopping list
- 1/4 t onion powder shopping list
- 1/4 t garlic powder shopping list
- 1/8 t salt (more can be used if desired) shopping list
- 1/8 t black pepper shopping list
- aluminum foil shopping list
- cooking spray shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat grill
- In a larger bowl, melt the butter
- Add the oil, onion and garlic powder, and salt and pepper
- Scrub the potatoes and slice them a 1/4 inch thick
- As you slice each potato toss it in the oil in the bowl
- Keep slicing and tossing the potatoes in the bowl
- After all the potatoes are in the bowl, use a spoon to make sure each slice is covered in the oil/butter mixture
- Take a long piece of aluminum foil (it needs to be long enough to fold over and wide enough to be crimped along the edges)
- Spray the center portion with the cooking spray, leaving a couple inches along the edges unsprayed
- Place the potatoes on the foil in a layer as flat as possible
- Fold the foil over and crimp the edges to make an air tight seal
- Place on a medium high heat grill for 20 to 25 minutes
- Remove from grill to a platter
- Open foil packet
- Enjoy!
