Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat grill
  • In a larger bowl, melt the butter
  • Add the oil, onion and garlic powder, and salt and pepper
  • Scrub the potatoes and slice them a 1/4 inch thick
  • As you slice each potato toss it in the oil in the bowl
  • Keep slicing and tossing the potatoes in the bowl
  • After all the potatoes are in the bowl, use a spoon to make sure each slice is covered in the oil/butter mixture
  • Take a long piece of aluminum foil (it needs to be long enough to fold over and wide enough to be crimped along the edges)
  • Spray the center portion with the cooking spray, leaving a couple inches along the edges unsprayed
  • Place the potatoes on the foil in a layer as flat as possible
  • Fold the foil over and crimp the edges to make an air tight seal
  • Place on a medium high heat grill for 20 to 25 minutes
  • Remove from grill to a platter
  • Open foil packet
  • Enjoy!
