Breaded Mushrooms

Delicious as an appetizer or served with a salad as a meal...
Ingredients
- 2 cups mushrooms (cleaned) shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1/2 cup flour shopping list
- 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Beat egg with milk in a bowl and add clean, dry mushrooms. I use a bowl with a lid and shake the mushrooms until they are coated.
- Mix dry ingredients together and add the mushrooms coated with the egg mixture. Again shake the mushrooms until they are covered thoroughly with bread crumb mix.
- Put in hot oil and cook until golden brown... under 5 minutes.
