- 1/2 c milk
- 4 tbs butter - cut in chunks

Ingredients

5-6 potatoes shopping list
5-6 lg carrots shopping list
1/2 c milk shopping list
4 tbs butter - cut in chunks shopping list

How to make it

Peel potatoes and carrots and cut up boil together until fork goes through, drain.
Add butter and let melt,
Add milk and mash lightly.

I can't wait to try this - love both veggies, and the sweetness of the carrots with the potatoes sounds great to me...and what a great idea to get the kids to eat their carrots! Thanks, mornin!!
