Ingredients

3 T olive oil

1 pound pasta

2 T vinegar

1 large head broccoli, chopped

1 large handful parsley, reserve a few sprigs for garnish

1 clove garlic

1/2 c water

Directions

Cook pasta. Drain, coat with 1 T of the olive oil. Let cool.

Combine remaining ingredients, blend until smooth.

Toss broccoli mixture with pasta. Garnish with remaining parsley.
