Pasta salad with Broccoli dressing

This is a super fresh and "green" tasting pasta salad.
Ingredients
- 3 T olive oil shopping list
- 1 pound pasta shopping list
- 2 T vinegar shopping list
- 1 large head broccoli, chopped shopping list
- 1 large handful parsley, reserve a few sprigs for garnish shopping list
- 1 clove garlic shopping list
- 1/2 c water shopping list
How to make it
- Cook pasta. Drain, coat with 1 T of the olive oil. Let cool.
- Combine remaining ingredients, blend until smooth.
- Toss broccoli mixture with pasta. Garnish with remaining parsley.
