Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. coriander seeds
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. cumin seeds
  • 1 Tbsp. dried crushed red pepper
  • 2 + Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 3 Tbsp. Hungarian sweet paprika
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions
  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and whirl together until smooth. If necessary, add more olive oil to make a paste.
  2. Can be made ahead and kept for (a very long time) in the refrigerator.

I am so there. Wonderful to have this.


I am a big fan of Harissa paste. I use it on roast lamb and beef....and its great in left over meat sandwiches, to give them a little zing.
