How to make it

  • In a large bowl combine beef, 1/4 can of soup, bread crumbs, egg, onions and steak seasoning.
  • Mix and shape into 4 patties.
  • Heat oil and 1 tbl butter over med hi.
  • Brown patties on both sides and transfer to a plate.
  • Add remaining butter and a little bit of broth to deglaze the pan.
  • Saute mushrooms.
  • Add beef broth and whisk in gravy mix until smooth.
  • Sir in remaining soup.
  • Return patties to pan and spoon gravy on top.
  • Cover and simmer 20-25 mins.
