Fudge Frost Buttermilk Cake

Incredibly MOIST , use your own imagination to do an elagant frosting .
Ingredients
- 4 eggs and 2 egg yolks , 2 tsp vanilla essence , 1/4 C buttermilk - whisked shopping list
- 3 C flour , 2 C sugar , 4 1/2 tsp baking pwd , 1/2 tsp salt - whisked shopping list
- 1 C buttermilk shopping list
- 8 oz butter shopping list
- ........................................ shopping list
- frost : shopping list
- 8 oz melted cooled butter , 4 1/2 C sugar , 12 oz butter , 1 tbsp vanilla , 6 tbsp cream - Process until Smooth . shopping list
How to make it
- Pre heat oven at 180 deg C .
- Grease 3 - 8 inch pans .
- ....................................................................................
- Beat the buttermilk , butter and dry ing until lite and fluffy .
- Add egg mixture and beat until mixed well .
- Don't overbeat .
- Pour in the pans and bake for 30 mins .
- ..........................................
- Arrange the cake layer on a serving plate .
- Spread some filling .
- Repeat for the next 2 layers .
- Now frost on both top and sides and do either piping or keep some summer fruits on top .
