  • 4 eggs and 2 egg yolks , 2 tsp vanilla essence , 1/4 C buttermilk - whisked
  • 3 C flour , 2 C sugar , 4 1/2 tsp baking pwd , 1/2 tsp salt - whisked
  • 1 C buttermilk
  • 8 oz butter
  • ........................................
  • Frost :
  • 8 oz melted cooled butter , 4 1/2 C sugar , 12 oz butter , 1 tbsp vanilla , 6 tbsp cream - Process until Smooth .

Directions
  1. Pre heat oven at 180 deg C .
  2. Grease 3 - 8 inch pans .
  3. ....................................................................................
  4. Beat the buttermilk , butter and dry ing until lite and fluffy .
  5. Add egg mixture and beat until mixed well .
  6. Don't overbeat .
  7. Pour in the pans and bake for 30 mins .
  8. ..........................................
  9. Arrange the cake layer on a serving plate .
  10. Spread some filling .
  11. Repeat for the next 2 layers .
  12. Now frost on both top and sides and do either piping or keep some summer fruits on top .
