Ingredients

2 cups flour

1 tbsp baking powder

1 tsp salt

1/4 cup sugar

1 cup water (approximately)

Directions

Mix the first 4 ingredients. Add the water. Let sit 1/2 hour. Pat on

floured surface until about 1/4-inch thick. Deep fry until golden brown.
