How to make it

  • Marinate chickenbreast in sherryand cornstarch for 10 mins.
  • Soak mushrooms in warm water for 20 mins. Cut same size as water chestnuts.Cut bamboo shoots into 1" pieces
  • Heat oil in fry pan over high flame. Add chicken,srtir fry 2 mins till chicken turns white. Add mushrooms,water chestnuts and bamboo shoots and stir another minute Add 2 Tbs hoisi sauce and mix well. Just before serving add nut mixture and stir.
  • Note: If you can't find chinese mushrooms,use regular mushrooms.
