How to make it

  • Dredge meat in flour and brown in skillet..
  • Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil.
  • Cover and reduce heat to a simmer.
  • Cook until meat is very tender, approx. 1 hour..
  • Keep adding water when necessary to maintain your sauce quantity.
  • Serve with mashed potatoes or white or brown rice and top with sauce.
  • I LIKE MORE SAUCE

    Tried this and added a freshly chopped jalapeno pepper to it. My spanish fiancee and I just loved it. We will be cooking this one again!
