Quick And Easy Tomato Gravy Chops Recipe

Ingredients

4 center cut pork chops

salt to taste

1 tsp butter

1 medium onion, sliced

1 can stewed tomatoes

1 pkg. mushroom gravy mix

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 cup water

Directions

Salt the chops.

Brown the chops in butter. Remove.

Brown the onions in the same pan. Remove.

Put the chops back in the pan. Place the onions on top.

Add the stewed tomatoes, gravy mix, garlic, and water.

Simmer on low heat about 45 minutes.
