How to make it

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350.
  • 2. Combine potatoes, butter, onions, peppers, salt, and pepper in bowl. Mix well.
  • 3. Add soup, sour cream, and cheese. Mix well.
  • 4. Pour into 9X13 baking dish (spray w/non stick cooking spray, first).
  • 5. Bake for 45 minutes.

    This is very similar to a recipe I've made before. I've never used the red pepper or pepper flakes, so I'm anxious to try it as I know I'll love those flavors!

    This sounds great. I used to love the shredded hash browns my high school use to make. Hard to visualize what this ends up being without a pic (woefully visual dude) but the ingredients sound good. Haven't had shredded hash browns of any kind probably since then...
