Crab Cakes

- 1 - 7 oz can of crab, drained shopping list
- ½ c red pepper, chopped shopping list
- ¼ c green onions, chopped shopping list
- 3 large garlic cloves, minced shopping list
- 1 t oregano shopping list
- 1 t parsley shopping list
- 1 t basil shopping list
- ½ t lemon pepper shopping list
- 3 egg whites shopping list
- 1 T lemon juice shopping list
- 2 slices whole wheat bread shopping list
- 3 T light mayonnaise shopping list
How to make it
- Pulse whole wheat bread into crumbs using food processor or blender.
- Add all ingredients together and mix thoroughly.
- Divide mixture into eights.
- Roll into balls and then flatten.
- In a skillet sprayed with cooking spray, cook crab cakes over medium heat until golden brown.
- Serve immediately with a lemon wedge.
