Ingredients

How to make it

  • Cut eggs in half lengthwise.
  • Remove yolks and reserve.
  • In a medium bowl, blend together cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, sour cream, scallions, reserved yolks, seasoned salt, if desired, and pepper.
  • Stir in spinach and mix well.
  • Spoon or pipe into egg white halves and garnish with chives, if desired.
  • Cover and refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour. Serve cold.

    It's hard for me to think of anything but my usual mayo, mustard, pickles etc in my "devilled eggs", but THIS recipe is definitely something totally different...what a great summer bbq idea - I gotta try this. Thanks, GG!
