How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350. Spray a pie pan with non-stick cooking spray and sert aside. Combine the sugar,flour and cocoa in a medium bowl. add the water and melted butter and mix until well blended. Press onto the bottom of the pie pan and bake at 350 for 24-25 mins. Remove from oven and let cool.
  • In a medium bowl,combine the milk,vanilla,and pudding mix. Beat at medium speed for 1 minute. Fold in half of the whipped topping. Spread over the cooled brownie base. Top with the remaining whipped topping and sprinkle with the min chocolate chips. Refrigerate before serving.

    Love these topped with ice cream and hot fudge topping...what a great recipe for an All-American dessert! I'm hungry NOW!
