Brownie Fudge Pie

Super brownie fudge pie that can be made ahead. Nice summer dessert.
Ingredients
- 3/4c plus 2Tbs sugar shopping list
- 3/4c flour shopping list
- 1/3c plus 2 tsp cocoa powder,sifted shopping list
- 1/2c water shopping list
- 1/4c melted butter(1/2 stick) shopping list
- 3/4c plus 2Tbs skim milk shopping list
- 11/2tsp vanilla shopping list
- 1 3.90z package instant chocolate pudding shopping list
- 3 cups light,non-dairy whipped topping divided shopping list
- 2Tbs mini chocolate chips shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350. Spray a pie pan with non-stick cooking spray and sert aside. Combine the sugar,flour and cocoa in a medium bowl. add the water and melted butter and mix until well blended. Press onto the bottom of the pie pan and bake at 350 for 24-25 mins. Remove from oven and let cool.
- In a medium bowl,combine the milk,vanilla,and pudding mix. Beat at medium speed for 1 minute. Fold in half of the whipped topping. Spread over the cooled brownie base. Top with the remaining whipped topping and sprinkle with the min chocolate chips. Refrigerate before serving.
