How to make it

  • In a large heavy pan,combine cranberry juice,orange juice,orange zest,and pectin over medium high heat.
  • Bring to a rolling boil.
  • Add sugar.
  • Stirring constantly.
  • Bring to a rolling boil again,and boil 1 minute.
  • Remove from heat,stir in champagne.
  • Skim off foam.
  • Spoon jelly into heat resistant jars.
  • Cover and cool to room temperature.
  • Store in refrigerator
  • Makes 6 Cups of Jelly
