Cranberry-Champagne Jelly

- 3 Cups cranberry juice cocktail shopping list
- 1/4 Cup orange juice shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon Grated orange zest shopping list
- 1 Package (1-3/4oz) Powdered fruit pectin shopping list
- 4 Cups sugar shopping list
- 1-1/4 Cups (Flat) champagne shopping list
How to make it
- In a large heavy pan,combine cranberry juice,orange juice,orange zest,and pectin over medium high heat.
- Bring to a rolling boil.
- Add sugar.
- Stirring constantly.
- Bring to a rolling boil again,and boil 1 minute.
- Remove from heat,stir in champagne.
- Skim off foam.
- Spoon jelly into heat resistant jars.
- Cover and cool to room temperature.
- Store in refrigerator
- Makes 6 Cups of Jelly
