Hummus

- 2 Cans cooked garbanzo beans / Chick peas shopping list
- 4- 6 cloves garlic - Chopped Coarsely shopping list
- 3- 4 Tablespoons Sesame tahini (fresher is tastier) shopping list
- 2- 3 Tablespoons Fresh Squeezed lemon juice shopping list
- 1 Teaspoon kosher salt shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon Sweet or Smokey paprika shopping list
How to make it
- Drain Garbanzo Beans (reserve liquid)
- Add: Garbanzo Beans, Chopped Garlic, Tahini, Lemon Juice, and Salt to food processor and pulse/puree until smooth (adding reserved liquid if needed).
- Adjust Lemon Juice & Salt to taste.
- Move to serving bowl, drizzle with Olive Oil and dust with Paprika.
- Serve with warm Pita Chips, Corn Chips, or Vegetable Sticks.

this is wonderful,, my daughter and I made this last night and we used a blender instead of food processor. It has wonderful flavor and texture. One of the best hummus recipes I have eaten.
