Sweet and Sour Meat Loaf

Remeber this old fashioned meatloaf? Very delicious hot or cold.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground chuck shopping list
- 2 eggs beaten shopping list
- 1/2 cup cracker or bread crumbs shopping list
- 1 small onion chopped shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp black pepper shopping list
- Sauce shopping list
- 1 8 oz can of tomato sauce shopping list
- 1/4 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup vinegar shopping list
- 1 tsp prepeared mustard shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all meatloaf ingredients
- Mix sauce ingredients.
- Add 1/2 of sauce mixture and blend into meat mixture.
- Shape meat into a loaf andf place in shallow baking pan.
- Pour 2/3 of remaining sauc over loaf.
- Bake 400F about 45 minutes.
- Pour remainder of sauce over meatrloaf and bake until done
- ( another 15 minutes or so )
- Alos great cold !
