Remeber this old fashioned meatloaf? Very delicious hot or cold.

Ingredients
  • 2 lbs ground chuck
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1/2 cup cracker or bread crumbs
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Sauce
  • 1 8 oz can of tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 tsp prepeared mustard

Directions
  1. Mix all meatloaf ingredients
  2. Mix sauce ingredients.
  3. Add 1/2 of sauce mixture and blend into meat mixture.
  4. Shape meat into a loaf andf place in shallow baking pan.
  5. Pour 2/3 of remaining sauc over loaf.
  6. Bake 400F about 45 minutes.
  7. Pour remainder of sauce over meatrloaf and bake until done
  8. ( another 15 minutes or so )
  9. Alos great cold !
