Ingredients
  • 2 Cups (about two 6 oz bags,that is if you don't have garden fresh )
  • Finely choppe Radishes
  • 2-1/2 Cups Sugar
  • 3/4 Cup Water
  • 1 box (1-3/4oz) Pectin
  • 2 teaspoons Prepared Horseradish

Directions
  1. In a large heavy stockpot,comine the first 3 ingedients over a medium high heat,stir constantly until sugar dissolves.
  2. Bring to a rolling boil.
  3. Add pectin,stir until dissolved.
  4. Bring to a rolling boil again and boil 1 minute longer.
  5. Remove from heat and skim off foam.
  6. Stir in horseradish.
  7. Follow your sealing jar instructions,but also store this in the refrigerator.
  8. Serve with cream cheese and crackers or meat.
  9. Makes 2 pints of jelly
