Ingredients

1 Chicken cut into pieces

¼ cup rum (I used light because that is what I had)

¼ Cup pineapple juice

¼ Cup cream of coconut

1 lime sliced

3 TBS jerk seasoning

Directions

Mix all ingredients and refrigerate for 24 hours mixing whenever you think about it.

Cook over a medium hot BBQ fire until juice runs clear (about 40 minutes)
