Pina Colada Chicken

If you like pina coladas And getting caught in the rain If you’re not into yoga If you have half a brain If you like making love at midnight In the dunes on the cape Then this is the recipe that you’ve looked for try it and escape
Ingredients
- 1 chicken cut into pieces shopping list
- ¼ cup rum (I used light because that is what I had) shopping list
- ¼ Cup pineapple juice shopping list
- ¼ Cup cream of coconut shopping list
- 1 lime sliced shopping list
- 3 TBS jerk seasoning shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients and refrigerate for 24 hours mixing whenever you think about it.
- Cook over a medium hot BBQ fire until juice runs clear (about 40 minutes)
