  • 2-8 OZ PACKAGES OF CREAM CHEESE
  • 2-16 OZ PACKAGES OF FETTUCINI
  • TWO STICKS OF BUTTER
  • 2 QUARTS HALF AND HALF....ADD A LITTLE MORE IF NEEDED (CAN USE MILK OR CREAM IF PREFER)
  • 10 OZ FRESH SHREDDED PARMESAN CHEESE
  • 8 OZ SHREDDED ITALIAN CHEESE BLEND
  • 2 TBSP MINCED GARLIC IN OLIVE OIL
  • 8 BONELESS, SKINLESS CHICKEN BREASTS, CUT INTO BITE SIZE PIECES
  • OLIVE OIL
  • 2-16 OZ BAGS OF FROZEN PEPPERS AND ONION COMBINATION
  • GARLIC PEPPER TO TASTE

Directions
  1. SLOWLY MELT BUTTER IN LARGE POT
  2. ADD CREAM CHEESE AND MELT SLOWLY.
  3. WHEN ABOUT HALF THE CREAM CHEESE IS MELTED, ADD THE HALF AND HALF AND GARLIC, STIRRING FREQUENTLY, WHILE FOLLOWING THE REST OF THE STEPS.
  4. THE SAUCE WILL TAKE SOME TIME, YOU WANT ALL TO MELT WELL BEFORE ADDING OTHER INGREDIENTS.
  5. WHILE THIS THIS MELTING, ADD SOME OLIVE OIL TO A FRYING PAN, HEAT WELL AND SAUTE ONIONS AND PEPPERS. DO NOT OVERCOOK, YOU WANT THEM TO BE SLIGHTLY FIRM.
  6. YOU CAN USE FRESH, THIS IS JUST EASIER AND OUT OF NECESSITY IN THE WINTER HERE IN OHIO.
  7. WHEN DONE, DRAIN WELL AND SIT ASIDE.
  8. ADD SHREDDED PARMESAN CHEESE TO THE SAUCE MIXTURE AND CONTINUE TO STIR FREQUENTLY UNTIL MELTED AND MIXED WELL.
  9. NEXT, ADD MORE OLIVE OIL TO FRYING PAN, HEAT WELL AND ADD CHICKEN PIECES.
  10. SAUTE THE CHICKEN UNTIL NICE AND BROWN. SEASON WITH GARLIC PEPPER WHILE SAUTEING.
  11. SET ASIDE WHEN DONE.
  12. COOK PASTA AS DIRECTED.
  13. ADD ITALIAN BLEND CHEESE TO SAUCE AND CONTINUE TO STIR UNTIL THICKENED, ABOUT 10 MINUTES OR SO.
  14. ONCE THE SAUCE IS THICKENED, ADD ALL OF THE INGREDIENTS TOGETHER, MIX WELL AND ALLOW TO HEAT THROUGHLY.
  15. SERVE IMMEDIATELY WITH SOME GARLIC BREAD, ENJOY!
