  • SLOWLY MELT BUTTER IN LARGE POT
  • ADD CREAM CHEESE AND MELT SLOWLY.
  • WHEN ABOUT HALF THE CREAM CHEESE IS MELTED, ADD THE HALF AND HALF AND GARLIC, STIRRING FREQUENTLY, WHILE FOLLOWING THE REST OF THE STEPS.
  • THE SAUCE WILL TAKE SOME TIME, YOU WANT ALL TO MELT WELL BEFORE ADDING OTHER INGREDIENTS.
  • WHILE THIS THIS MELTING, ADD SOME OLIVE OIL TO A FRYING PAN, HEAT WELL AND SAUTE ONIONS AND PEPPERS. DO NOT OVERCOOK, YOU WANT THEM TO BE SLIGHTLY FIRM.
  • YOU CAN USE FRESH, THIS IS JUST EASIER AND OUT OF NECESSITY IN THE WINTER HERE IN OHIO.
  • WHEN DONE, DRAIN WELL AND SIT ASIDE.
  • ADD SHREDDED PARMESAN CHEESE TO THE SAUCE MIXTURE AND CONTINUE TO STIR FREQUENTLY UNTIL MELTED AND MIXED WELL.
  • NEXT, ADD MORE OLIVE OIL TO FRYING PAN, HEAT WELL AND ADD CHICKEN PIECES.
  • SAUTE THE CHICKEN UNTIL NICE AND BROWN. SEASON WITH GARLIC PEPPER WHILE SAUTEING.
  • SET ASIDE WHEN DONE.
  • COOK PASTA AS DIRECTED.
  • ADD ITALIAN BLEND CHEESE TO SAUCE AND CONTINUE TO STIR UNTIL THICKENED, ABOUT 10 MINUTES OR SO.
  • ONCE THE SAUCE IS THICKENED, ADD ALL OF THE INGREDIENTS TOGETHER, MIX WELL AND ALLOW TO HEAT THROUGHLY.
  • SERVE IMMEDIATELY WITH SOME GARLIC BREAD, ENJOY!
