Bills Stuffed Mushrooms

- 48 large mushroom caps shopping list
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- 2 cups shredded monterey jack cheese shopping list
- 2 cups diced cooked bacon About shopping list
- 1 cup Hellmann's light mayonnaise shopping list
- 1 cup Italian bread crumbs shopping list
- coarse salt to taste shopping list
- garlic seasoning blend shopping list
- garlic bread for serving shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Heat oven to 350 F.
- 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded cheese and bacon.
- 3. Chop the mushroom stems and combine with other ingredients
- 4. Add mayonnaise 1/2 cup at a time, until ingredients bind, and mixture is creamy, not soupy.
- 5. Spoon tablespoon of mixture into mushroom caps and bake until cheese is golden brown, about 10-15 minutes.
- 6. Sprinkle with garlic seasoning and chopped parsley and serve with garlic bread.
- Step 1: The shredded cheeses, chopped stems, bread crumbs and cooked, chopped bacon are combined.
- Step 2: Mayonnaise is mixed in 1/2 cup at a time.
- Step 3: About a tablespoon of mixture is stuffed into each mushroom cap.
- Step 4: Stuffed mushrooms are baked until heated through and golden brown.
