Ingredients
  • * Mixed berries, one cup(frozen blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries make the best combination)
  • * Sugar, 1/3 cup
  • * Beaujolais wine, one cup(or any light red wine should do fine)

Directions
  1. Just put everything in a saucepan and put it on the stove over a medium heat.
  2. Once it's bubbling (maybe 10 minutes or so), continue to heat and reduce for 20 minutes.
  3. The final sauce should be fairly syrupy.
  4. Goes awesome on French Toast, pancakes, ice cream, or, ah.....well, whatever you can imagine.:)
