A Beaujolais Berry Sauce

- * mixed berries, one cup(frozen blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries make the best combination) shopping list
- * sugar, 1/3 cup shopping list
- * Beaujolais wine, one cup(or any light red wine should do fine) shopping list
How to make it
- Just put everything in a saucepan and put it on the stove over a medium heat.
- Once it's bubbling (maybe 10 minutes or so), continue to heat and reduce for 20 minutes.
- The final sauce should be fairly syrupy.
- Goes awesome on French Toast, pancakes, ice cream, or, ah.....well, whatever you can imagine.:)
