Pumpkin Spice Cookie

- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour shopping list
- 1 teaspoon baking powder shopping list
- 1 teaspoon baking soda shopping list
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter, softened shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups white sugar shopping list
- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract shopping list
- Frosting: shopping list
- 2 cups confectioners' sugar shopping list
- 3 tablespoons milk shopping list
- 1 tablespoon melted butter shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, ground cloves, and salt; set aside.
- In a medium bowl, cream together the 1/2 cup of butter and white sugar.
- Add pumpkin, egg, and 1 teaspoon vanilla to butter mixture, and beat until creamy.
- Mix in dry ingredients.
- Drop on cookie sheet by tablespoonfuls; flatten slightly.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven.
- Cool cookies, then drizzle glaze with fork.
- To Make Glaze:
- Combine confectioners' sugar, milk, 1 tablespoon melted butter, and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Add milk as needed, to achieve drizzling consistency.

Hi i made these cookies and they turn out great! Thanks! I have stored them in sandwich bags in the fridge for one night, they are still very moist. How would you reheat them in the oven? to make them more crispy? Thank U!

These are AWESOME!!! I got exactly 24 cookies and they only took 15 minutes to bake in my oven. These went fast in my house and I'm ready to make another batch, yum!!
