Ingredients

How to make it

  • Combine the cream cheese, milk, salt and pepper in a large saucepan and stir over medium heat until smooth
  • Add the potatoes and chives and mix lightly
  • Spoon into a 1 1/2 quart casserole
  • Bake at 350F for about 1 hr and 10 mins.
  • Test the potatoes for tenderness to be sure.
