Silent Shade Cobbler

- 2-pints fresh blueberries shopping list
- 2-cups all purpose flour shopping list
- 2-tspn baking powder shopping list
- 1-tspn salt shopping list
- 1/4-tspn nutmeg shopping list
- 3-cups sugar, divided shopping list
- 1-cup milk shopping list
- 5-tbspn unsalted butter shopping list
- 1-tspn vanilla shopping list
- 2-tbspn cornstarch shopping list
- 1 1/2-cups boiling water shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350degrees.
- Spread the blueberries in a 9X13-inch baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, 1/2-tspn salt, the nutmeg, 11/2-cups sugar, the milk, butter and vanilla.
- Mix well and pour over the top of the blueberries.
- In a small bowl, combine the remaining 1 1/-2 cups sugar, the remaining 1/2-tspn salt and the cornstarch.
- Sprinkle this mix over the batter.
- Pour the boiling water evenly over the top of the cobbler.
- Poke about 10 holes in the batter with the handle of a wooden spoon.
- Bake for 1 hour.
- Serve warm with creamy vanilla ice cream as a topper.

Hey there Sus..law..I have some fresh peaches..
I'll do this later today WITH some fresh bluberries too..with ice cream..now don't that sound good..
