This is a flavorful recipe that is so easy to make. I love the aroma as it bakes. It goes well with rice.

I liked this. I used boneless, skinless chicken thighs and cooked it in my new rotisserie oven. I think I used a "light" curry powder as I wasn't sure I tasted those flavors and I think I might try a brown mustard next time and leave out the salt. I love the way the sauce caramelized on the meat!
