Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup table (coffee) cream (18%)
  • 2 tsp orange zest
  • 6 oz premium white chocolate (not chips), broken up
  • 2 tbsp salted butter

Directions
  1. Combine cream and zest in a small pot and bring to just below a simmer, stirring.
  2. Remove from heat and steep 10 minutes, strain.
  3. In a double boiler over simmering water, combine white chocolate and butter until melted and looking slightly grainy.
  4. Stir in warm, strained cream and cook 1 minute, stirring.
  5. Allow to cool before bottling and storing in the fridge.
