Orange Truffle Sauce

- 1/2 cup table (coffee) cream (18%) shopping list
- 2 tsp orange zest shopping list
- 6 oz premium white chocolate (not chips), broken up shopping list
- 2 tbsp salted butter shopping list
How to make it
- Combine cream and zest in a small pot and bring to just below a simmer, stirring.
- Remove from heat and steep 10 minutes, strain.
- In a double boiler over simmering water, combine white chocolate and butter until melted and looking slightly grainy.
- Stir in warm, strained cream and cook 1 minute, stirring.
- Allow to cool before bottling and storing in the fridge.
