How to make it

  • Combine cream and zest in a small pot and bring to just below a simmer, stirring.
  • Remove from heat and steep 10 minutes, strain.
  • In a double boiler over simmering water, combine white chocolate and butter until melted and looking slightly grainy.
  • Stir in warm, strained cream and cook 1 minute, stirring.
  • Allow to cool before bottling and storing in the fridge.
