INCREDIBLY EASY SHRIMP SCAMPI This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Donovan Estate in Fate Texas in 1991.

  • 1 cup white wine
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 3 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 pound shrimp peeled

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a baking dish and bake at 350 for 7 minutes.
