How to make it
- Cream butter and add powdered sugar gradually until thoroughly blended.
- Add vanilla, ground almonds and cinnamon then knead in flour by hand until completely mixed.
- Chill dough then roll into cylinder and break off pieces about the size of a walnut.
- Roll in hands then roll into cylinders and form crescent shaped cookies on greased cookie sheet.
- Bake cookies at 350 for 15 minutes then while still warm roll in powdered sugar.
