Ingredients

1 lb cubed beef roast, steak, roundsteak, what ever you have on hand...

1 16 oz box rotini, cooked to box directions

2 10.5 oz cans cream of chicken soup, undilluted

1 can mixed vegetables, drained

1 4 oz can mm stems and pieces, drained

1 2.8 oz can fried onions (such as Durkee's)

Directions

In a frying pan, cook beef cubes for about 15 minutes, or until cooked through.

Mix meat, soup, vegetables, mushrooms, and pasta and put in a large greased casserole dish.

Spread fried onions on top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes, or until hot and onions are slightly browned.
