How to make it

  • Combine the peaches, champagne, and powdered sugar in a blender and process until smooth. Place in a freezer container; seal and freeze.
  • To serve, let stand at room temperature 30 minutes or until slushy.
  • Garnish with mint if desired.
  • Serve immediately.
