How to make it

  • In large mixing bowl dissolve yeast in warm water.
  • Mix all ingredients in order given then let rise 3 hours in warm place
  • Knead dough using flour and divide into two portions.
  • Roll each portion into a large circle and brush with melted butter.
  • Cut each circle into 16 pieces then roll each from big end to small and place on greased sheet.
  • Let rise covered for one hour then bake at 350 for 15 minutes.

    This sounds good. I've never made yeast buscuits by hand...I should try. See how lazy one can get when they have a breadmaker? lol
