How to make it

  • Mix ground turkey with Cajon seasoning & clove minced garlic
  • Flatten or roll our ground turkey onto wax paper, parchment or silicon sheet about 13” X 11”
  • Top ground turkey with ham
  • Mix ground pork with Cajon seasoning & clove minced garlic
  • Flatten or roll our ground pork onto wax paper, parchment or silicon sheet about 13” X 11” roll out over turkey and ham.
  • Top with prepared stuffing
  • Roll up like a jelly roll so that you end up with a 11” loaf.
  • Place seem side down on a roster pan with about 1 cup of water in roster
  • Cook in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes

    Cool idea with some great flavors. Let me know when you make yourself a cowhorpig and how long that takes to cook in a giant oven.
    For a sauce for your unique dish I like cranberry/apple vinagrette with some agave.
