Turporken Roll Challenge Or Turporken Roll Recipe
This started out as Dmajors’ Turporken challenge to find a sauce. This is what it evolved to as I am not big on deep fried meat. We used the cranberry mustard sauce as a dip.

Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 tsp Cajon seasoning
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 tsp Cajon seasoning
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • thin sliced ham about 8-10 slices
  • 1 package stove top pork stuffing prepared as to directions on box
  • Sauce
  • 1 can whole cranberry sauce
  • ½ cup cranberry juice
  • 3 Tbls Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp prepared mustard
  • Cook over med to low heat until thickened

Directions
  1. Mix ground turkey with Cajon seasoning & clove minced garlic
  2. Flatten or roll our ground turkey onto wax paper, parchment or silicon sheet about 13” X 11”
  3. Top ground turkey with ham
  4. Mix ground pork with Cajon seasoning & clove minced garlic
  5. Flatten or roll our ground pork onto wax paper, parchment or silicon sheet about 13” X 11” roll out over turkey and ham.
  6. Top with prepared stuffing
  7. Roll up like a jelly roll so that you end up with a 11” loaf.
  8. Place seem side down on a roster pan with about 1 cup of water in roster
  9. Cook in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes
