Olive Relish

- 1 (6 1/2 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts shopping list
- 2 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped shopping list
- 1 cup pitted ripe olives, halved lengthwise shopping list
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar shopping list
- 1 clove garlic, minced shopping list
- 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Drain artichokes, reserving marinade. Coarsely chop artichokes. In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients, including the artichoke marinade; mixing well. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or up to 4 hours.
