King Henry Pizza Recipe
KING HENRY PIZZA This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Massey Estate in Dallas, Texas in 1981.

Ingredients
  • 12 inch refrigerated pizza crust
  • 1/2 pound ground pork sausage cooked and drained
  • 2 ounces thinly sliced pepperoni
  • 8 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 8 ounces mozzarella cheese
  • Sauce:
  • 14-1/2 ounce can diced tomatoes
  • 8 ounce can tomato sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic pressed
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions
  1. Combine all sauce ingredients in a medium saucepan then bring to a boil stirring constantly.
  2. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered 5 minutes stirring often.
  3. Spread sauce over pizza crust and top evenly with remaining ingredients.
  4. Bake at 425 for 10 minutes or until bubbly.
