Cheddar Cornbread

- 1 cup yellow cornmeal shopping list
- 1 cup all purpose flour shopping list
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar shopping list
- 1 tablespoon baking powder shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 2 eggs beaten shopping list
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Combine first 5 ingredients in large mixing bowl then set aside.
- Combine milk, eggs and cheese then add to dry ingredients mixing well.
- Pour batter into a hot greased cast iron skillet then bake at 425 for 15 minutes.
